How do I reset the login Password on the SustainCERT Platform?
To reset your SustainCERT Platform password, please open the login page on the platform here:
Click on the link "Forgot your password" as displayed below:
Clicking on the link will open another window where you will enter your email id.
This email id should be the same one configured with your account.
After entering the email id, click on the button "Send Verification Code".
A verification code will be sent to the above email id.
Open your mail and copy the verification code.
Click on the "Continue" button above.
Enter the Verification Code in the text box as shown below and click on the "Verify code" button.
Once you verify the code correctly, your email address is verified and then you can continue to change your login password.
Click on the "Continue" button.
Enter your new password below and click on the "Continue" button.
Your password will be changed and now you can log in using the new password.
