When and how will I get the invoice from SustainCERT for the booked Review?
You will get an invoice for the booked project Review once the Certification team confirms the review booking.
The Invoice will be mailed to your email id which is configured in the Platform.
In case, you don't receive the invoice, please contact us at platformsupport@sustain-cert.com to resolve the issue.

What will be fee for preliminary review of PoA along with the first VPA? Will there be any difference when we submit a single VPA?
The client pays the 1st VPA Preliminary Review Fee as normal (typically 900USD). Basically, when you pay $900 you then get POA and 1 VPA listed for that fee.
