From the Synergy Gateway login page (https://verified.sgappserver.com/), click on the “Forgot Password” button
When prompted for an email address to submit, enter the email address associated with your Synergy Gateway profile. If you do not know what the email address is then you should create a Help Desk ticket for assistance (www.synergyhelps.com).
Retrieve your temporary password from your email inbox and use that password to log into the Synergy Gateway. Please check your spam/junk mail folder as well
When you log into the Synergy Gateway with your temporary password you will be prompted to change your password. When you are asked to enter your old/current password, please enter the temporary password that was sent to you. If you do not see any correspondence from Synergy in your inbox, try checking your junk/spam folder.

If you are using a hotmail or a gmail account as your Verified log in, chances are you will not receive the reset link and will need to request that we manually update your password for you.
