Update bug related to the Product Reviews app when you copy the Settings data

If you purchased and installed the theme before August 29th (Release 1.1.0), you might have faced this issue when updating the theme (when you copied the Settings data from the previous theme version to the new one). 

Here's how to fix it: If you have error related to app_product_reviews_enabled, just delete this line of code that contains app_product_reviews_enabled and then click the Save button.
