How does my 911 work?

Your 911 service on your TeleBlend phone works just like it does on a regular phone service. When you dial 911, the call is answered by your local 911 Emergency Dispatch center and they will see the name, number and location of the caller. This information is based on what you provided during sign-up, so it is imperative that you provide the correct data and make sure that TeleBlend is aware of any changes. In addition, since your TeleBlend service is dependent on your Internet service, we do recommend having an alternative (such as a cell phone) for emergencies in case of power loss or problems with your Internet service.
