It seems I can't make International Calls

When dialing your international telephone number, please ensure that you start your dialing by dialing 011. This is the United States indication for International Calling.

If your call fails to complete, then there can be a couple of different reasons. If a message is played to call customer service, please hangup and dial Customer service or dial 611 from your TeleBlend phone.

If you receive a fast busy, please log into your feature portal and ensure that Block International Calls is not checked.

If all these options fail to help you connect your international call, please call our customer service, dial 611, or open a ticket with our support group.
