Can I Send a Broadcast to Members of a Group Chat?

Yes, by tapping  in the bottom left of the chat screen and selecting the option 'Send Broadcast'. Each member will receive the broadcast inside an individual chat session.

Only the Group Admin can send Broadcasts to members of a Chat Group.
