Forwarding Options

In this section you will find 2 options for forwarding Chatbot Responses and an option to forward Voicemail Messages (to up to 5 emails or numbers). They are as follows


Forwarding Chatbot Responses to Email
Tap  to open settings
Select 'Forward Chat Results'
Tap to check the box 
Enter the email address you wish Chatbot Responses to be sent to
Tap 


Forwarding Chatbot Responses to SMS
Tap  to open settings
Select 'Forward Chat Results'
Tap to check the box 
Enter the Phone Number you wish Chatbot Responses to be sent to
Tap 


Copy Voicemail Messages
Tap  to open settings
Select 'Forward Chat Results'
Tap 'Copy Voicemail Messages to'
You can select up to 5 contacts
 
Once contacts have been selected you may use the slider to select if they receive copies via Email, SMS or both.

You may also remove selected contacts by tapping the red cross
