How do I Search Inside of a Chat Session?
To search inside a chat simply tap the search icon and enter the text you wish to search for. There are arrows to toggle between different instances of the located term and an "X" to close the search.

Can I Send a Broadcast to Members of a Group Chat?
Yes, by tapping in the bottom left of the chat screen and selecting the option 'Send Broadcast'. Each member will receive the broadcast inside an individual chat session. Only the Group Admin can send Broadcasts to members of a Chat Group.
What Is a Group Chat?
Group chats can be Tendant subscribers or non-subscribers. The Group Admin can send Broadcasts and Chatbots to chat group members. Each member receives the Broadcast or Chatbot inside an individual 1 on 1 chat.

Yes, tap in the bottom left and select 'Start Chatbots'. The Chatbots will run inside individual 1 on 1 chat sessions.
Why are there are Chat Groups and Group Chats?
A Chat group is the group of people you want to chat with collectively. A Group Chat is the actual chat session where you chat with these people. We use this naming because you can send Broadcasts and Chatbots to members easily.

Tap the and select one of the following options: 'Tendant Media & Files' - Files already uploaded to the Tendant App. 'Phone Media & Files' - Files on the device. 'Camera' - Take picture or Record video.
