Someone just called me and left a voicemail and it says Unnamed Caller for their name. How do I change it?

When you receive a new Voicemail from someone who is not an existing contact, you can add their details to your device either by:

Tapping on the Tendant home screen and then selecting the conversation displayed as 'Unnamed Caller' where you can tap   in the chat header.

Or by tapping  on the Tendant home screen and then tapping  next to the voicemail message.

Both of these methods will open the contact in Tendant where you can tap 'Edit' which will launch your native contact app where you can change the name from 'Unnamed caller' to something else.
