This is an automated Chatbot which is played when a caller presses 1 and enters the chat. It simply asks what the caller needs assistance with.

Can I View the Results of a Chatbot Directly from the Chat?
Yes, this can be done by tapping 'Reports' at the top of the screen and selecting the required result. Results are filtered by Chatbot to assist searching.
