Why do I need to create a Chat Group before I start a Group Chat?
We require Chat Groups so members can be better organized and in future you will be able to combine Chat Groups and more.

A chat group is a group of people who are part of a chat.
What Is a Group Chat?
Group chats can be Tendant subscribers or non-subscribers. The Group Admin can send Broadcasts and Chatbots to chat group members. Each member receives the Broadcast or Chatbot inside an individual 1 on 1 chat.
How Do I Start a Chat?
To start a new chat, tap in the bottom right of the Tendant App Tap Select a contact Type a message and tap send.
