Using the Tendant App on a Windows/Mac Desktop
The Tendant app is currently only available on Android and Apple Phones. A Windows desktop version is planned for future release
I've Reinstalled the Tendant App on My Phone, Do I Need to Enable Permissions?
On some versions of the Android operating system you may be required to allow permissions if the app has been uninstalled and reinstalled. You will receive a prompt to allow access as you use each feature.
I'm Not Getting Notifications
Make sure your device volume is not muted. Make sure sound for notifications is not muted. Make sure notifications are not disabled. Make sure you have the latest version of the Tendant App and your device's operating system installed.
Enable/Disable Push Notifications
Android Settings > Enable/Disable Notifications > Go to Settings > App notifications iOS Settings > Enable/Disable Notifications > Tap Enable Disable
The Tendant App is Asking for Permissions

I Am Trying to Login But it Will Not Connect
Make sure you have either an active WiFi connection or mobile data from your phone service provider (ATT, Verizon, etc) Make sure you are using correct credentials for your Tendant account.
I Am Not Staying Logged Into the App.
Please ensure 'Remember Me' is checked on the Login screen to stay logged in. It is also possible that you are losing your internet connection and the App is being reconnected.
Staying Logged Into the Tendant App
Tendant is always logged on if 'Remember Me' is checked on the Login screen. Even when logged out notifications will still be pushed to the device.
How Do I Retrieve/Reset My Password
If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can use the 'Forgot Password' link on Tendant login screen to reset your password.
I Cannot Login to the Tendant App
If you are getting the invalid credentials error, please ensure you are entering your mobile number and password correctly. If you still get this error, please reset your password. If you are not getting any error message, please contact support.
I Am Not Getting the Text Message to Verify My Mobile Number
Please verify the number you have entered is correct and resend the verification message.
I Have a Windows Phone, Can I Use the Tendant App?
There are currently no plans to release a Windows Mobile version of the app.
My Phone Will Not Let Me Install the Tendant App
