What is the Maximum Amount of People I Can Send a Chatbot to?
There is no maximum for paid subscribers. Overage rates may apply based on your current subscription.

Can I Create My Own Chatbots?
This is currently not possible, but will be a feature to in future versions.
Can a Chatbot be Paused or Cancelled whilst it is active?
Yes, the Chatbot may be paused by either the sender or the recipient, and can be resumed by either party regardless of who paused it. However it can only be stopped (cancelled) by the sender.
Can I Send a Chatbot to Everyone in a Group Chat?
Yes, this is possible. However please note the Chatbot will be launched with each user in a separate 1 to 1 Chat.
Can I Send a Chatbot to Someone I am Chatting to?
Yes, you can easily do this: Tap in the bottom left of a conversation and select 'Start Chatbots' Tap a Chatbot to select it Tap to confirm selection The Chatbot will launch and you will be returned to the conversation

What is the Default Chatbot?
This is an automated Chatbot which is played when a caller presses 1 and enters the chat. It simply asks what the caller needs assistance with.
