TheraManager - how to attach documents to client charts using a Mac

Download and install Adobe PDF Reader for free on your Mac

https://get.adobe.com/reader/

In the Microsoft RDP app, hover over the icon > Click on Edit


Click on Folder tab

Check the box Redirect folder > Click on the +

If a folder is not designated on the Mac for saved documents, select Desktop > Click on Create New Folder > Type in Folder Name > Click Create.

Highlight the Folder > Click on Open



Click Save > Launch TM


Drag and drop the folder to Favorites

Sign into TheraManager/EMR:
 

Click on the Attach Files to Chart


Select the EMR folder and then click Browse



 

Click on the Folder in the left menu, select the document you want to upload, and then click on Open


Click on Import

 

Once you receive the import completed successfully, click Ok. 


You can repeat the above steps to attach more documents or click Close

 

In the left menu, under the folder you have saved the document(s) to, open the folder and the document will be attached. You will be prompted on how to open the file, click on Nitro Reader to review the document.
