Office Therapy - Adding, Deleting, and Modifying Place of Service Codes

Log into Office Therapy
Under View, select Place of Service Codes
To Add Place of Service Codes
Click on Add
Enter the code and
description. Once finished, click ok
To Delete Place of Service Codes:
Select the Place of Service from the list and right click. Click on Delete
Confirm deletion of Place of Service
To Rename Place of Service:
Select the Place of Service Code from the list and click on Modify
Modify the information
and click ok when finished
