QuicDoc Pro - Adding, Deleting, and Modifying Place of Service

Log into QuicDoc with the Admin Account

Under Setup, click on Clinical Data List

To Add Place of Service:

Click on Place of Service and then click on Select

Enter the code, description, and length. Once finish, click on Add

To Delete Place of Service:

Select the Place of Service from the list, and click on Delete

Confirm deletion of Place of Service

To Rename CPT Code:

Double click on the Place of Service in the list. This will open the Code for modification. Modify the Place of Service and click on Rename when finished.
