QuicDoc Pro - version 12.0.3 update

This update must be ran on all workstations otherwise other workstations will receive an error message.  If you have QuicDoc, please see Office Therapy -  version 12.0.12 update.  Office Therapy will need to be updated at the same time.

Please remember that QuicDoc and Office Therapy are not automatically backed up.  You must manually back up using the DB manager.  It is recommended at least once a week to backup your database(s) and move to an external drive however it is admin’s preference on the time frame of backing up.  Please visit our online knowledge base on Office Therapy/QuicDoc Pro - Backing Using Database Manager for instructions on backing up your databases.

Installing QuicDoc version 12.0.3

This may take a while depending on your internet connection.  Please close the QuicDoc and/or OfficeTherapy application before running the update.  Please turn off all Anti-Virus before proceeding to download and update.
Click on the link.  Depending on the internet browser you are using it will download differently.  If you receive the option to run, click run.  If you are unable to locate your download while in the internet browser, select ctrl + j from the keyboard.


If message appears to allow this program to make changes to this computer, click Yes.

If you receive a message that states you are running an older version of SQL Server, please contact Pro Support at 888-308-9683 or at support@tmdtigroup.com to assist on updating your SQL Server.  
Please note:  if you are running an older of SQL Server, it may no longer be supported by Microsoft.
You will receive the following message, click ok to continue.
If you have Office Therapy, you must update Office Therapy after updating QuicDoc. 
If you do not have Office Therapy, please disregard message.

You will be directed to install the patch, please follow the prompts on the screen



Once the installation is completed, click Finish

Relaunch the program

Updating the Databases

This only needs to be completed on time. Open QuicDoc and sign in.

You will be prompted that the database is out of date.  Click yes to proceed.
Click Ok.

If a message appears asking to allow the app to make changes, click yes.
Click Update DB

A status bar will show, please allow this to completely finish.

Click Ok when receiving the complete message.
