How do I move project from one machine to another

How do I move project from one machine to another

In Song Surgeon Version 5 Pro we have a new feature which makes this much easier to do.
This feature is called, Project Export Utility, and is found in the File Drop Down list.

In older products (Ver 4 SS) and VS it is difficult.   The reason is because project
files contain the paths to the underlying audio or video used in the project.
When you change machines, in order for the project files to work, the A/V file
must exist on the new machine in EXACTLY the same location (path) that they
did on the old machine.

So if you have all of your audio or video files stored in the same folder and you can
recreate this folder in the same path on your new machine, it is straight forward.
If not, then you can open a project file in a text editor and change the path to the location
of the A/V file on the new machine.
