There is no sound when I use the SC Recorder (Mac only)

There is no sound when I use the SC Recorder (Mac only)

When Mac users, use the SC Recorder module from Download Surgeon, they will hear no audio.  This is simply the way it must be with Mac OS. Mac's don't have sound cards for system audio like Win machines do.

Download Surgeon uses a special utility called iShowU which is able to grab and redirect the audio when recording. When it does this, you no longer having sound going through your default output device (speakers) so you can't hear it. Once the SC Recorder is stopped, DS3 returns your output to the default device and your speakers will again play the audio.
