Getting Access to the TBS Online Billing System
In order to have access to the TBS Online Billing System(OBS) you need to be a group administrator. Being a group administrator means that you will have access to PHI and PII, as well as the ability to change member eligibility information.
In order to become a group administrator, a current group administrator or the group's broker needs to submit the request. Requests can be submitted to:
- Groups headquartered internationally: globalbilling@tbsmga.com
- Groups headquartered in WA: billing@tbsmga.com
- Groups headquartered in AK: billing.ak@tbsmga.com
The request should include:
- Name
- Title
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Whether or not the new admin should have access to OBS
