HOW TO: Change my REACH User Password

You can change your REACH user password by going to your account details and setting a new password in your Security settings.

Access My Account is at the top right corner of your REACH screen where you see your name.



Once in the My Account settings, go to the Security Tab to reset your password.


Your Security tab may appear different depending on your level of access in the portal.
