How to Reset a User's Password

Changing a user's password in REACH can only be done by staff who have access to the People Management menu.  There are three (3) ways that you can change a user's password.

Quick change using the Password Icon. 

When in the People Management view simply click on the Blue Password Reset icon on the right hand side of the user's name. This will send the User an email message with a random new password that is randomly selected by REACH.


Use the Password change button in a User's profile

Open the User's profile and click on the Change Password button below their profi image in the User's profile view. This will send the User an email message with a random new password that is randomly selected by REACH.




Reset the password manually

If you wish to reset a User's password with an option to set a custom password you can do so by opening the User's Profile and editing the User's password in the Security Tab of their user profile.
