Multiple Emails for Leave Approval

Multiple Emails for Leave Approval

Why do I receive multiple emails when a leave request is approved?

In REACH the data from your school is exported. What can happen is two email addresses have the same email, thus REACH sends its automated REACH Emails to these addresses.

If it is common for both parents to share the same email, then we advise changing one email in the REACH System.

This done in "My Account"

Then select Contact Details
