My Account Personal Details

The more details we have in REACH then the better the product can operate as a management and information tool for your school.

The mandatory fields in Personal details are:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email (required for notifications)
  • Mobile (required for sms notifications)

If the person has no mobile phone number then or email address then the best option is to place in a staff or administrator's details so that notifications can still be sent.
