            Sensitive Data Access for faculty and staff

            REACH provides three levels of sensitive data access for faculty and staff.

            1. STAFF ONLY is visible to all staff that have been permitted to see pastoral notes.
            2. SENSITIVE is visible to specified staff AND staff provided with access to information marked as Sensitive.
            3. CONFIDENTIAL is visible to specified staff AND provided with access to information that is marked as Confidential.

            Note: Specified Staff are the staff members that are nominated in a pastoral note as part of the circulation list.


            How to Set Access to Sensitive Data for Your Faculty and Staff



            Sensitive data access is managed in the Infinity Accessibility settings for your faculty roles or for each individual. REACH accessibility settings allow you to create a global setting for all users in a particular Role (eg: all Leave Approvers) or for any individual.


            Setting access to Sensitive Data for an entire group or role is done via the following pathway, go to System Configuration >> Infinity >> Base Security >> Edit >> Permissions. Here you can set the Sensitive Data Access credentials for each role type that you operate in your portal.


            Setting access to Sensitive Data for any individual is done via the individuals personal profile. Go to People Management >> Individual's Profile >> Accessibility Tab. Here you can set the Sensitive Data Access credentials for the individual in your portal.
