Steps to Troubleshoot Your Issue



Device not switching On

In case your device is not switching on then you can check if it is charged or not. 
If it’s fully discharged then you need to plug in the charger and put it on charging till it gets 100% charged after that you need to switch on the device again.

LED light indicator does not blink

LED light indicator does not blink when the tracker does not receive proper GPS/GSM signal. 
In this case, you can keep your tracker in an open sky for 3-4 minutes and wait till blue/green starts blinking.  
Please contact our support team in case you’re not able to solve this issue.

 

Location not updating

The tracker doesn’t update its location when it doesn’t get a proper GPS signal, this mostly happens while you’re indoors. In that case, you can go to the "Settings" section of your Trakbond app and click then enable the LBS feature.
After enabling the LBS feature, you can see the location of your child indoors.
Although LBS has inaccuracy from a few meters to hundreds of meters depending on cell tower density, you can still get a rough idea of your child’s location even when they’re indoors.
