Yes, our trackers are totally safe for small children as the specific absorption rate (SAR) of the device is below 1.6 watts per kilogram (1.6 W/kg).

What is SAR?

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is basically the rate at which electromagnetic power radiated from cell towers and mobile phone which is absorbed by the human body.

What do you mean by SAR value?

SAR value is amount of the maximum energy soaked by a unit of mass of exposed tissue of a person while using a mobile phone, over a given period of time.

In simple words, it can be termed as power absorbed per unit mass.
