Updating Existing Zoom Meetings Using Outlook Plugin
If you use the Outlook plugin to book meetings, follow these instructions to update your links.
- Open your Outlook calendar using the desktop client version of Outlook
- Locate the meeting you would like to update and double click on it to open it
- If this is a recurring meeting, make sure you select The Entire Series when asked:
- In the Zoom section of your toolbar, select Change Settings:
- In the popup you do not need to change anything about the meeting, just click Continue:
- The client will think for a bit and then present you with the following message, click Continue:
- You will now see that the URL for your meeting has changed from https://uahs.zoom.us/j/xxx to https://arizona.zoom.us/j/xxx.
Send the updated meeting to your attendees:
