Advanced CRM Analytics

The Advanced CRM Analytics, powered by Zoho Reports helps you to analyze CRM data and create insightful business intelligence reports & dashboards. With this integration, Sales & Marketing can slice and dice the data and make better data-driven business decisions. Availability

Permission Required: Users need to have a Standard Plan (Trial/Paid) or above in Zoho Reports.

Note:

  • You can use CRM data from the Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Potentials, Cases, Activities and custom modules and Users' details.
  • Zoho CRM users with an Administrator profile have permission to associate your CRM account with Zoho Reports.
  • You can associate only a single Zoho Reports account with Zoho CRM.
  • Any user with an Administrator profile can deactivate Advanced CRM Analytics.
  • Deactivating the Zoho Reports account will also delete the data, reports and dashboards in Zoho Reports.
  • Zoho CRM users cannot access the advanced reports and dashboards in Zoho Reports without an active Zoho Reports license.

 Configure Zoho Reports Integration

To configure Zoho Reports Integration

  1. Log in to Zoho CRM with Administrator profile privileges.
  2. Click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Zoho Apps > Advanced CRM Analytics.
  3. In the Advanced CRM Analytics page, click Configure.
  4. In the Zoho Reports Configuration page, do the following:
    • Select fields from modules.
    • Schedule the synchronization time.
    • Click Save & Sync Now.
      You will receive an email after the CRM data is imported into Zoho Reports.

Note:

  • All the subsequent changes made to the records in Zoho CRM will be automatically synchronized with Zoho Reports at the scheduled synchronization time.

 Activate Zoho Reports Add-on

(for Zoho Reports users using the Free Plan)

You can use the Advanced Analytics add-on to evaluate your CRM data and create powerful reports & dashboards only if you are subscribed to the Standard Plan or above in Zoho Reports. When you configure this add-on (as mentioned above) you will be automatically subscribed to a 15-day trial of the Standard Plan in Zoho Reports. During this trial, you can easlily upgrade to the Standard Plan or above to continue using this add-on.

To activate the Zoho Reports license

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. In the Reports Home page, click the Advanced CRM Analytics link.
    It will take you to Zoho Reports.
  3. In Zoho Reports, click Subscription > Upgrade.
  4. Choose the Standard Edition or above to upgrade.

Create Reports

Once the Advanced CRM Analytics is configured, you get access to 70 plus ready made reports and dashboards. In addition to this, you can also create reports as per your requirement, using the drag-and-drop report builder of Zoho Reports. See Also Creating Ad-hoc Reports using Zoho Reports

 View Reports & Dashboards

To view reports & dashboards

  1. Log in to Zoho CRM.
  2. Click Reports tab.
  3. In the Reports home page, click Advanced CRM Analytics.

 Share Zoho Reports

The reports and dashboards created in Zoho Reports, with the CRM data, will be accessible only to the administrator who configured the Zoho Reports Add-on. You can however, share the reports with other Zoho CRM users (including other CRM administrators).

To share Zoho Reports with Zoho CRM users

  1. Log in to Zoho Reports.
  2. Open Zoho CRM Reports database.
  3. In the Zoho CRM Reports page, select the corresponding report, and click Share.
  4. Select the Share option as required.

 Deactivate Advanced CRM Analytics

As an administrator, you can deactivate the Advanced CRM Analytics in Zoho CRM. Please note that on deactivating:

  • All the data, reports and dashboards created in your Zoho Reports account will be deleted.
  • The Zoho Reports account will NOT be automatically downgraded to the Free Plan. Whenever needed, you can downgrade it to the required plan.

To deactivate Advanced CRM Analytics

  1. Log in to Zoho CRM with Administrator profile.
  2. Click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Zoho Apps > Advanced CRM Analytics.
  3. In the Advanced CRM Analytics page, click the Deactivate link.
  4. In the Deactivation of Zoho Reports page, click Yes, I understand. Deactivate Now.
