Aircall is a cloud-based call center solution that is integrated with Zoho CRM to provide real-time tracking , automations, mobile apps, and reports to manage call-related activities in your CRM. Use this integration and empower you teams to have meaningful conversations with your customers and partners.
Setup integration
To set up the integration,
- Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
- Choose Aircall from the PhoneBridge Marketplace.
- Click Integrate.
- Click Get it now, in the Aircall page.

Using Aircall integration
After configuring the Aircall integration in Zoho CRM, you can do the following:
- Click-to-dial an existing number in Zoho CRM to initiate a call.
- Use screen-pops to view the customer profiles while you're on an incoming call
- Automatically log every calls inside Zoho CRM.
- After finishing you call, you can perform any follow-up activities as required.
