1. Introduction

Customer Locations App displays location of your selected contact or customer when the selection is made on an adjacent app. Please make sure when you enter an address in any software, you use geocoded addresses. Otherwise, this App may not perform as expected. 

2. Setting up and usage

The App can only be added to a Page by the Space Admin. Once added, anyone who has access to the Space can use the App.

  • Create a new Page or use an existing Page, as you see fit.
  • Select App from your internal App Store (typically listed under Marketing).
  • Click Add


Demo with Customer Intelligence App:

  • Add Customer Intelligence and Map App to a Page.
  • Enter a Company name and select a company from the list presented on Customer Intelligence App.
  • Map App will display the location of the Customer.  

4. Interoperability with Other Apps

This App interoperates with:

  • Salesforce Contacts App
  • CapsuleCRM Contacts App
  • Customer Intelligence App

5. Features

  • Display a Pin on the map indicating the location of the selected organisation.
