            3. Capsule CRM Live Demo

            1. First things first

            1. Login to UnifiedVU Platform using the Live Demo Account credentials. 
            2. Visit the Template - Capsule CRM
            3. Assumption is made that you are familiar with Capsule CRM
            4. Head over to knowledge based on Capsule CRM for more detailed information. 

            2. Capsule CRM Apps

            There are three Apps for you to familiarise with:

            1. Contacts App - displays a list of contacts and organisations with search.
            2. List App - displays a list of organisations for a given tag.
            3. Milestone App - displays opportunities for a given milestone.

            2.1 Trialling Contacts App 

            1. If the App is already displaying data (if not do contact us), browse through the list of contacts or organisations to trial the data surfaced from Capsule CRM in real-time. Make sure you click on an organisation to explore the employees.
            2. Click on little arrow next to contacts and organisations for one click access to related record in Capsule CRM. As you don't have access to the Capsule CRM account, you will not be able to access the actual record in this instance.  
            3. Search for a name of a contact or an organisation to trial how the App responds.
            4. Click on App Menu (three dots on App header) to explore options including one click to support knowledge base. Please do not click on remove credentials. If you did by mistake, do let us know so we can add the credentials back.
            5. Later on you can trial the Contacts App with other software Apps.

            2.2 Trialling List App 

            1. If the App is already displaying data (if not do contact us), click on a letter and browse through the list of organisations to trial the data surfaced from Capsule CRM in real-time. Make sure you click on an organisation to explore the employees.
            2. Click on App Menu (three dots on App header) to explore options and select "add a tag". You could try with "Customer - Xero" or "Customer - CapsuleCRM" to see tagged lists.
            3. Click on App Menu (three dots on App header) to explore options including one click to support knowledge base. Please do not click on remove credentials. If you did by mistake, do let us know so we can add the credentials back.
            4. Later on you can trial the List App with other software Apps.

            2.3 Trialling Milestone App

            1. If the App is already displaying data (if not do contact us), it will display a list of sales opportunities. Click on the selector at the top to filter the list of opportunities by a tag. 
            2. Click on an opportunity to expand it to display details. 
            3. Click on little arrow next to an opportunity for one click access to related record in Capsule CRM. As you don't have access to the Capsule CRM account, you will not be able to access the actual record in this instance. 
            4. Click on chevron to change the milestone of the opportunity or to edit/update the opportunity.
            5. Click on App Menu (three dots on App header) to explore options and "select milestone" to trial the App's capability. 
            6. Later on you can trial the Milestone App in Pipeline View.

            3. Applications

            3.1 Single Customer View 2.0

            UnifiedVU's Single Customer View proposition brings your customer data from all your software applications and data sources, as well as from external sources onto one screen to allow you to make best-informed decisions whilst saving you time.  

             

            1. Visit the "Single Customer View" Page on "Template - CapsuleCRM" Space.
            2. The Page is populated with CapsuleCRM Contact, MailChimp Contact Analysis, Xero A/R and Zendesk Apps. 
            3. Click on Organisations tab in CapsuleCRM Contacts App and select "City Limousines". 
            4. See how Xero and Zendesk respond to your selection. 
            5. Click on Zendesk App entry to expand it.
            6. Click on overdue invoices in Xero App to expand it. 
            7. Now select "Martin Dale" displayed under "City Limousines".
            8. See how MailChimp Contact Analysis App responds. Click on Campaign Sent to expand it. 
            9. Once upgraded to a paid account or during 14-day Trial, you will be able to add more Apps to extend the Single Customer View. 

            3.2 Re-Skinning CapsuleCRM, e.g. Sales Pipeline View

            UnifiedVU allows you to re-skin an existing software application to provide a new or a better user experience the underlying application cannot provide. 

            Sales Pipeline View demonstrates how UnifiedVU could re-skin an existing software application. While Capsule CRM is a great CRM for small companies, it does not have a visual sales pipeline view.   

            1. Visit the "Sales Pipeline" Page on "Template - CapsuleCRM" Space.
            2. The Page is populated by adding the CapsuleCRM Milestone App a number of times, and each time selecting a different sales milestone. 
            3. Select an opportunity, click on the chevron and change the milestone to experience the behaviour of how you could update opportunities in the pipeline. 

            3.3. Tools and Bespoke Applications

            If you require a bespoke application using CapsuleCRM, are able to meet your requirements at additional cost. 

            4. Capsule CRM with individual software Applications

            4.1 CapsuleCRM and MailChimp

            Apps used on "MailChimp" Page of "Template - CapsuleCRM" Space:

            1. CapsuleCRM Contacts App
            2. MailChimp Contact Analysis App
            3. MailChimp Campaign Analysis App

            There are two interactions you can experience, these being:

            1. Search for UnifiedVU on CapsuleCRM Contact App and then select Manoj Ranaweera (one with manoj.ranaweera@unified.vu email). MailChimp Contact Analysis App will display how Manoj responded to email campaigns.  
            2. Refresh the browser and select a campaign on MailChimp Campaign Analysis App. Then select either Opened or Clicked Action. Select the displayed contact to observe how MailChimp Contact Analysis and CapsuleCRM Contacts App responds. Do more with MailChimp explains the use case further.
