Not Seeing Your Support Ticket Updates?

If you've received a notice that we've closed a change or update ticket for your web site but the changes aren't showing, you're  most likely looking at a page from your browser's local cache.

The easiest way to test this is to simply hold down the shift key while clicking the browser refresh button (usually a circular arrow next to the URL bar). If that doesn't do the trick, try cleaning your local cache. If you get stuck, refer to this article for assistance.

If you're still having difficulty after following this guide, don't hesitate to let us know about it by re-opening the initial ticket or contacting us directly at support@very3.net.
