Getting Started - Web Base Dialer
Welcome to VirtualBX Solutions, Were Glad to have you on-boarded.
WEB BASE VICIDIAL
Your Web Base Vicidial is fully configured with User ID, Campaign and Phones. It is not necessary to create new user and new campaign. All you need to do is to rename the Users Full Name to your preferred login names and Change Campaign description and load leads to the campaign. Your Web Base VICIDIAL doesn't require soft-phone Installation. It is a standalone Web Dialer. Dialer such as Xlite, eyebeam or Zoiper is not Needed.
You will be Provided an Admin Credential within 24 hour after signing up with VirtualPBX Solutions a URL, Username and Password for Admin to get all information for you to get started dialing such as Agents logins and to Load leads.
