Getting Your Agents Login Credentials

In Order for your agents to start dialing for your campaign they need  to login to the Dialer to do Manual or Automatic Dialing or receive incoming calls. Here's how you can get their user login credential.

1. Login as an ADMINISTRATOR by using the link provided to you as your Dialer's URL/Web Address.

2. Click on the User's Tab to show all users available for you to deploy. All Users under the user tab are setup and ready for deployment.

3. Get your agent login credentials by clicking on the user ID you wish to deploy. You may Also edit the Full name and view the password.
