The VisitorRego kiosk uses a Brother QL-700 printer that cuts each label after it prints. Drivers for this printer should already be installed. If not, please request these from the VisitorRegosupport team.
To setup this printer and configure,exitthe VisitorRego program and return to the Windows desktop.
For Windows 7, using eitherDevices and Printersthrough the Start menu or Control Panel, right-click (touch and hold until you get a circle then release on a touch screen) on theBrother QL700and choose''Printing Preferences'.
Use thePaper Sizedrop-down box to choose paper sizeShippingand theQualitydrop-down toGive priority to print quality 300 x 300 dpi.
Choose'Apply',then 'OK' to exit.
Make sure theEditor Litelight on the printer is off by pressing the small button on the front of the printer, circled below.
FromDevices and Printers, right-click on the Brother QL-700 and choosePrinter Properties> Device Settings> Utility> Properties.
Set 'Power on when plugged in'setting to'ON'and'Apply'this change. Set 'Auto power-off time'settings to'0 minutes' and'Apply'this change.
