Brother Printer Configuration

The VisitorRego kiosk uses a Brother QL-700 printer that cuts each label after it prints.
Drivers for this printer should already be installed. If not, please request these from the VisitorRego
            support team.

To setup this printer and configure,
exit the VisitorRego program and return to the Windows desktop.

For Windows 7, using either Devices and Printers through the Start menu or Control Panel, right-click (touch and hold until you get a circle then release on a touch screen) on the Brother QL700 and choose ''Printing Preferences'.

Use the Paper Size drop-down box to choose paper size Shipping and the Quality drop-down to Give priority to print quality 300 x 300 dpi.

Choose 'Apply', then 'OK' to exit.

Make sure the Editor Lite light on the printer is off by pressing the small button on the front of the printer, circled below.

From Devices and Printers, right-click on the Brother QL-700 and choose Printer Properties> Device Settings> Utility> Properties.

Set 'Power on when plugged in' setting to 'ON' and 'Apply' this change.
Set 'Auto power-off time' settings to '0 minutes' and 'Apply' this change.

            'Exit' and 'Apply'.
