Editing the Email Template

The email notifications are all templates which reside in the Res folder of each machine. You can edit the response and save it, so the updated version is now the new email template.
The file path for the template you are wanting is C:\ProgramFiles\VisitorRego.NET\Res\EmailTemplate.htm.

Right-click on the file and choose Open With then choose Notepad. You add or remove database fields or text you wish displayed to the staff member through here. Use square brackets for any DB values.
 

 
Copy and replace the template file on each machine running VisitorRego.
