How to Clear the Print Queue

            Step 1. Navigate to the Desktop. Type in your password into the name field and press the VisitorRego.com logo in the top right-hand corner.

             

            Step 2. Open Devices and Printers, this may be an icon on your desktop. If not, search for it in the start menu.




            Step 3. Find your label printer. In this case it is a Smart Label Printer 450. Others might be a 650 or a Brother QL 700.


            Step 4. Right click on the printer and select ‘See what’s printing’.



            This is an example of a jammed queue:


             


            Step 5. To clear the queue click ‘Printer’ and then ‘Cancel All Documents’.




            Step 6. To reprint labels that were cancelled by clearing the queue, click the  button. Click ‘Reprint’ next to the person you want to reprint a label for.
             

             


            Step 7. Navigate back to VisitorRego Self Registration, File> Self Registration.
