Issuing a Pass
This function allows you to print a label for a specific person that can be used to sign in and out for a set amount of time.
See the Day Pass function to allow all labels to be valid for sign in/out on the day of registration.
Issue a pass using VR Facilities software
If you are on the VR Facilities software tier, the label issued to all identified contractors is automatically a reusable personal ID pass.
The VisitorRego version needs to be 8.285. If you want this feature contact the VisitorRego support team to schedule an upgrade.
Issue a pass using VisitorRego (for visitors or those not using VR Facilities)
With VisitorRego you are able to issue a label and set the period of time this is valid for. Standard visitor labels are valid for one time use, but issuing a label pass allows it to be used to scan in and out until the set expiry date.
To issue a label pass, in Admin mode, press the 'Signed In' button. This will bring up a list of visitors currently onsite.

Select the visitor you wish to issue a pass for and select by clicking the arrow/box to the left of their name. Their row will be highlighted blue when they are selected.
Now select the date range the pass will be valid for by clicking the drop down arrow of the Default Expire on Date box in the bottom right corner of the 'Signed In' window.
Once you have the date range set, click 'Issue' for the visitor you are issuing the pass to. Press 'OK' to confirm.

Press 'Reprint' and a new label will be printed. This label can be scanned to sign the visitor in and out of site until the expiry date specified.
