Loading Staff via a CSV file

The screenshot below displays the correct format required to load staff using a CSV file.
You can find a sample of this file in the Res folder of the VisitorRego.NET directory in Program Files. If you don’t have this file, please contact support for a copy.

 
 

Saving the File


Once you have your staff data in the correct format, select Save As, choose to save in the Res folder \VisitorRego.NET\Res. 'Save as type' needs to be CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv).  

 

 

Loading the File

 
From the VisitorRego Admin mode window, select Options> Data Load>Load Staff from CSV
 

 

Checking the staff list from Admin Mode
 
Go to File> Staff to ensure staff details have been loaded correctly.
