Low Label Email Notification

            VisitorRego has the ability to send an email notification that the labels in your printer are running low.

            This is particularly useful if your VisitorRego Counter system is in an unattended area, or if you have a VisitorRego Kiosk where the label printer is safely enclosed behind a locked door.

            Setting up low label email notification

            From Admin Mode select Options > System Set up

            From the General Tab expand the Printers section 

            Tick the Low Label Alert box

            Set the Low Label Threshold by entering a number into the field.

            When the labels left on the roll reach this number the email notification is sent.

            We recommend between 5 -10 depending on how busy your reception is and how quickly people are able to respond and change the label roll. 

            In the Staff To Notify field enter staff names as they appear in the Staff List. You can enter multiple names, separated by semicolons. 

            Now, once the label count goes below the specified number, the staff member listed will get a notification that the labels are low.

             It's a good idea to set this up at the same time you change a label roll and reset the label count.
