Printer Troubleshooting

            Check if your printer is Online.
            Clear the Print Queue if required.

            There is an icon on the desktop to access the list of printers, double tap 
            'Devices and Printers'


            If the icon doesn't appear on the desktop, use the search function on the Start bar to access the Control Panel. 

            Control panel> Hardware and Sound> Devices and Printers

            Check that the printer is online, tap the printer icon.  The screenshot below shows it to be offline.


            The example below indicates the Printer is online


            Check that there are no documents in the Print Queue, these will be labels that failed to print.
            Touch the Printer Icon and you should see a list of options displayed:


            Select 'See whats printing' 

            Select 'Printer', 'Cancel All Documents' to clear the queue. 



            Once the print queue is clear, try the steps below to get the Printer back online.

            A: Unplug the USB cable and plug back in
            B: Turn off the power to the printer and turn back on
            C: Restart your computer.
