Configuring HardTrack Device Health Report & Repeating Alert Frequency



Configuring HardTrack Repeating Alert & Device Health Report Frequency:


These settings can be found in HardTrack Desktop:

Click on Contacts:

Within HardTrack Desktop, on the Contact, hardtrack_connect, you will find the Alert & Health Report Frequency setting on the User Tab:



Select the hardtrack_connect user:



Click on the User Tab:



Select the Repeating Alert Frequency, Minutes. 
This is the Frequency that an Alert for a particular Sensor will be sent to the User or Group of Users, that have been setup in HardTrack to receive Alerts.  120 = 2 hours.  Please remember to Click OK.



Select the Health Report Frequency, Days.
Select the Health Report Frequency in Days that you would like to see a Health Report from HardTrack on all actively logging devices on your projects. 1 = once every Day, 2 = once every 2 days, 7 = once a week.  Please remember to Click OK.
