Shipping the HTC II - Ground Only!



When you ship the HTC II, due to DOT regulations, they must be shipped ground only with the following labels.  

Each carton must include all (3) of these labels:
  1. a label stating that it is forbidden for transport aboard aircraft and vessels.
  2. a UN 3481 label, which indicates: Lithium-ion batteries contained in equipment.
  3. a UN 3091 label, which indicates: Lithium metal batteries contained in equipment.




     


Nothing else can be on the side of the carton with these labels affixed and no tape can touch these labels. 


Do not place shipping labels or packing slips on side of the carton with these labels.  Otherwise, the carrier will return the shipment to you.


If you still have the original cartons that the HTC II was shipped to you in, you can reuse them, just be careful to not get any tape on the labels.
