Audio Notification  Meaning What Should you Do
Unicorder has been turned off. Unicorder is turned OFF using the ON/OFF switch. No action needed
Unicorder has been turned on. Unicorder is turned ON using the ON/OFF switch. You can now test with the unit or press and hold the ON/OFF switch for 3 seconds to turn off.
Warning. The Unicorder is charging. Unicorder is either plugged into the wall charger via USB or is plugged into the PC via USB port without being recognized Once the green light is no longer flashing, the Unicorder is fully charged (typically 2 hours)
Call Tech Support. The Unicorder is not working. Code 1. Hardware error detected during start-up that makes recording impossible Contact the office that provided the device. 
Call Tech Support. Unicorder internal check failed and study cannot be performed. Code 5. Firmware check failed on study start-up that makes recording impossible. Initialize the device to clear error
Call Tech Support. The Unicorder is not working. Code 6. The forehead sensor is not sensing enough tension to perform study or the forehead sensor needs to be replaced.   Adjust the Unicorder on the forehead to clear error.  If the message persists, please contact the office that provided the device.
The Unicorder battery is low. It must be recharged. Battery has less than 4 hours of charge remaining Charge the Unicorder via the Wall Charger
Call Tech Support. The memory card is full. Code 7. Memory card is full, recording is not impossible. Initialize the device to clear error.  If the message persists, please contact Support
Lie on your back, look at the ceiling and do not move. Startup command for Initializing the study once the device has been turned on. Lie on your back as instructed.  Will hear additional audio when okay to move around
Initialization successful. You can now go to sleep. Initialization period has finished.  The patient can situate his/her desired posture and proceed to sleep.
Tighten the nasal cannula. Alarm signaling the nasal cannula has fallen off or that there is inadequate airflow (pressure) causing the alarm to sound.  Patient is instructed to inspect the device and tighten the cannula back in place on the device if necessary.
The Unicorder has fallen off. Alarm signaling the device has fallen off the head.  Reposition the Unicorder on head to resume testing. 
Adjust the Unicorder on your forehead. Optical Signal is disrupted. Adjust the Unicorder on the forehead to clear error.  If the message persists, please contact the office that provided the device.
