How do I cancel my trial or monthly membership?
To cancel your subscription, you need you to submit a cancellation request from within your account. Go to Provider->Account Detail and then under Subscription and Payment Information you'll see "Cancel Account".
Please follow up with us if you do not receive a response from us within 48 hours.
IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, DO I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Refunds for your subscription must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will ONLY be provided if NO course certificates have been issued, either for CE or Non-CE courses.

How can I get a receipt?
A receipt should automatically be emailed to after purchase. However, if you don't receive it or you need another copy, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide a receipt for either annual or monthly plans.
