            Setup Parent Account

            Set up accounts

            1.  Go to: https://myaccount.williamslearningsolutions.com
            2.  Click on "Create Account" (lower right orange button)
            3.  Under "Account Type", select "Parent". Fill out the rest of the information.
            4.  Check your email for an email from support@williamslearningsolutions.com. Follow the instructions to set up your password. If not found in inbox, please check the spam folder.

            Set up accounts for your child(ren)

            1.  Go to: https://myaccount.williamslearningsolutions.com
            2.  Go to "Manage Accounts".
            3.  Click on "ADD CHILD ACCOUNT" to add one child at a time or "IMPORT" to add several children at a time by uploading file. Fill in the requested information.
              1. When using "ADD CHILD ACCOUNT", fill in the requested information following the instructions below. All fields marked (*) are mandatory.
                1. User Name* - needs to be unique so we recommend a combination of letters and number, i.e. sarsmi123
                2. First Name* - i.e. Sarah
                3. Last Name - i.e. Smith (optional)
                4. Password* - at least 6 characters with a combination of letters and numbers (could be the same for all children)
                5. Age - choose from menu (optional)
                6. Gender* - choose from menu
              2. When using "IMPORT", enter the requested information following the instructions below.
                1. Click on "Download sample csv file" so you can edit this file and submit the modified file.
                2. If you are using an Apple computer, please open the downloaded file with "TextEdit".
                3. Enter all 6 fields of the child's information in a comma separated list as shown below: (do not use any "space" before or after comma)
                                          For example: maryp,Mary,Poppins,10,female,abc123 
                                          Please note we do not accept duplicate accounts; duplicate accounts will be treated as "invalid entries"

            Assign product keys to child(ren)

                  In order to assign products key to your child(ren), you need to purchase the product.
            1.  Go to "Products" and click "ADD TO CART".
            2.  Choose the total number of product keys you want to buy by using the (+) or (-) button.
            3.  Press "CONFIRM" to complete the purchase.
            4.  Go to "Manage Accounts".
            5.  Click "ADD PRODUCT KEY" next to the child's name and choose product to assign.
            6.  Provide child(ren) with the following login details:
              1. Username
              2. Password
              3. Parent Username
            7.  If you need to get more product keys, please repeat steps 1-3.
