The Zaarly Guarantee means you can be sure you'll never pay for work that wasn't completed as agreed, and that you have a team that’s always on your side.
No complicated fees, just calm confidence on every project. All projects completed with active Zaarly businesses are covered up to the total agreed project cost, or $10,000, whichever comes first.
Payments must be with credit card or ACH payments that are processed through the Zaarly payments system. To be fully covered, please remember to communicate through our messaging platform. We are not able to guarantee any instances where communication or negotiation occurs outside the Zaarly platform.
