Reseller Application

If you are in the I.T. business and are looking for a supplier for printing consumables & other I.T.-related products, you have come to the right place. Please follow the steps listed out below. We try to make this a simple and quick process.

Step 1. Register for our online portal & website access

Please visit this link and complete registration as per the below instructions: https://distribution.zaptor.co.za/signup

1.1 You will be greeted by this screen, please enter your email address. 

If you receive a message, "This email is already associated with an account.", this means that you have ordered from us previously. Please email sales@zaptor.co.za and we will email you a portal activation link.

1.2 Please check your email for a verification code and enter it onto the screen as per below image. Also enter all other information required before signing up.

1.3 You will be directed to the Sign In screen, please enter your email address with your chosen password.

1.4 Visit https://distribution.zaptor.co.za/account/profile, click on the orange "Edit" button, complete all blank fields and hit "Save". The Address field here is your billing address.

1.5 From the screen that you are on, click on the "Address Book" tab link and add your shipping address here.

Step 2: We need a few more details

Please complete our reseller application, choose either our automated or manual form.

1. Open the above link
   
2. On the top right, click on the 3 dots icon --> Download --> PDF
   
3. Print, complete the form and then email to sales@zaptor.co.za
   

Step 3: We process your application

What do you need to do?

Nothing, we will process your application form and let you know when your account has been converted into a reseller account. 

Where do you place your orders?

On our distribution website at https://distribution.zaptor.co.za or by emailing sales@zaptor.co.za. Remember that you will need to sign into our website to see your discounted reseller pricing.

Do you want to view your past orders?

On our distribution website, make sure that you are signed in. Visit https://distribution.zaptor.co.za/account/orders

Do you want to view your statement, previous invoices & more?

Visit https://books.zoho.com/portal/zaptor/login and sign in with the same email and password that you created on our distribution website.
